Why Flourishing with Adult ADHD Is a Game-Changer
Too often, adult ADHD is misunderstood — seen only through deficits or pathology.
This book reframes ADHD through a neuro-affirming, well-being lens.
It’s rooted in evidence-based science including theory and both coaching and psychological research, positive psychology, mindfulness, executive functioning, and more.
Whether you’re a therapist, coach, or someone with ADHD, this guide offers practical tools and strategies to build resilience, agency, self-compassion, and foster real growth.
Is This Book for You?
For Therapists & Coaches — Want a structured, research-backed framework to support adult ADHD clients?
For ADHD Professionals (doctors, NPs, PAs, OTs, disability support and allied health professionals, etc.) — Need practical, compassionate tools grounded in positive psychology and self-determination?
For Adults With ADHD — Seeking understanding, validation, and evidence-based strategies for growth, not just symptom management?
