Instead of addressing symptoms we tackle the root of your problems. I use a mind-body approach to help you release the distress and pain at its source—your body. Together, we will use straightforward, simple, easy to learn, and effective approaches that help you to systematically reduce distress and incorporate new ways of being in the world.
