Rooted, Regulated, and Resilient:

Living with Presence & Purpose for Neurodivergent Adults

A transformative 8-week virtual psychoeducational group that blends somatic regulation, neurodiversity education, and practical tools for real-world resilience.

Living with ADHD or autism in adulthood often means carrying invisible weightconstant masking, emotional overload, and the pressure to “keep up” in environments that weren’t designed for your brain. You may feel capable and successful on the outside, yet overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move toward the life you actually want.

You might notice:

  • “I know what I need to do, but I just can’t get started.”

  • Feeling stuck in task paralysis or procrastination, even for things that matter to you.

  • Sensory and emotional overload from noise, social demands, or constant switching.

  • Chronic burnout from masking, overworking, or trying to meet neurotypical expectations.

  • Intense guilt, rejection sensitivity, or self-criticism that’s hard to turn off.

If this resonates, you’re not broken. You’re neurodivergent in a world that wasn’t built with you in mind.
