Why Flourishing with Adult ADHD Is a Game-Changer

Too often, adult ADHD is misunderstood — seen only through deficits or pathology.

  1. This book reframes ADHD through a neuro-affirming, well-being lens.

  2. It’s rooted in evidence-based science including theory and both coaching and psychological research, positive psychology, mindfulness, executive functioning, and more.

  3. Whether you’re a therapist, coach, or someone with ADHD, this guide offers practical tools and strategies to build resilience, agency, self-compassion, and foster real growth.
