Find Your Center. Understand Your Wiring. Build a Life That Fits You.

Living with ADHD or autism in adulthood often means carrying invisible weight—constant masking, emotional overload, and the pressure to “keep up” in environments that weren’t designed for your brain. You may feel capable and successful on the outside, yet overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move toward the life you actually want.

Grounded & Growing is a six-week therapeutic psychoeducation group designed to help you reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, and build a values-aligned path forward—with tools that actually work.

This group is not cookie-cutter skills training. It’s a whole-person, strengths-first approach grounded in the science of neurodiversity, regulation, and meaning-making.

What Makes This Psychoeducation Group for ADHD and Autism Different?

Values Identification That Leads to Real Direction

You’ll uncover the personal values that act as your internal compass—guiding decisions, increasing motivation, and reducing overwhelm. No more trying to “be everything to everyone.” You’ll learn what actually matters to you and how to move toward it intentionally.

EFT Tapping for Nervous System Regulation

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping) is a powerful, evidence-informed tool that helps calm stress, reduce emotional intensity, and regulate the nervous system—especially beneficial for autistic and ADHD nervous systems that process the world deeply and intensely.

You’ll learn how to use tapping in moments of overload, during transitions, and when confronting long-standing emotional patterns.

Strengths-Based Neurodiversity Education

Understand your brain—not as a set of deficits, but as a set of patterns, strengths, and needs that can be worked with, not against. You’ll learn practical strategies tailored to ADHD- and autistic-specific executive functioning, sensory processing, and communication styles.

Participants consistently share that this approach feels grounded, validating, and actionable—not pathologizing or overly clinical.

By the end of the group, you will have:

  • A clear understanding of your personal core values

  • Tools to calm and regulate your nervous system (EFT, grounding, and sensory strategies)

  • A personalized strengths profile that reframes your neurodivergence in an empowering way

  • Strategies for navigating overwhelm, decision-making, masking, and energy management

  • A greater sense of identity, purpose, and alignment

  • Community and connection with other neurodivergent adults who “get it”

  • A comprehensive workbook with ongoing learning opportunities and reflection prompts

This group is ideal for adults who feel stuck, burnt out, or ready for a deeper understanding of themselves beyond standard coping skills.

Who is this group for?

Grounded & Growing is designed specifically for:

  • Autistic and ADHD adults (diagnosed or self-identifying)

  • High-maskers, high achievers, or those who appear “fine” but feel overwhelmed internally

  • Adults seeking a holistic approach that combines education, regulation, and meaning-making

  • Anyone ready to move toward a more balanced, intentional, and self-compassionate life

No prior therapy experience is necessary.

What to Expect?
